Most fitness products use a standard fit. Fabrics vary in weight and composition, affecting fabric weight measured in grams per square meter (GSM). Key to fitness wear is the spandex/elastane blend that enables elasticity and stretch. Even if products are the same size, different fabric blends can feel and fit differently.
